The HPL Online Service produces a comprehensive Will based on your inputs but it does not provide you with legal advice specific to your individual needs.

The main steps in creating your Will is outlined below:

  • Step 1: Answering a series of questions to ensure a standard Will is appropriate for you.
  • Step 2: Paying for your Will
  • Step 3: Complete your Will online
  • Step 4: Print your Will
  • Step 5: Have your Will independently witnessed
  • Step 6: Let your executors know where the Will is kept and provide them with a copy.

Your draft Will will remain on the HPL Online Service for a period of twenty-one (21) days giving you time to save, edit and review your documents.  After your Will is created the documents will be available in PDF format for you to download or alternatively you can choose to have your documents sent to your nominated email address.

The HPL Online Service guides you through a series of steps to prepare a Will making provision for the distribution of your assets on your death according to your wishes and appointing the person/s who will be responsible for the administration of your estate.
